There is a community pool that the condo balcony overlooks. The pool is securely fenced in for guest safety. The pool is not heated. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. There are healthy snacks, a water filtration system, the kitchen is stocked with basic cooking spices, oils and a variety of Keurig single cup coffee station. There is one thermostat automatically set to a comfortable range 68F–75F. Small kitchen appliances include blender, Keurig, toaster, and coffee pot. Utensils, dinnerware, cups and glassware are available. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any cigarette or marijuana ash found inside the home will result in a minimum $700 fee. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
