The pool does not have a protected gate. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, regardless of swimming skills. We provide child locks and door alarms on all backyard doors for added safety. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. There are healthy snacks, a water filtration system, the kitchen is stocked with basic cooking spices, oils and a variety of Keurig single cup coffee selection and coffee packets. The pantry is lightly stocked; you are welcome to use and restock as necessary. There is one Nest Thermostat automatically set to a comfortable range 68F–75F. Small kitchen appliances include air fryer/small oven combo, Keurig, toaster, crockpot and countertop ice maker. Utensils, dinnerware, cups and glass wares are available in both plastic and ceramic. Access to a Tesla level 2 EV charger in garage. Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of a $700 fee. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. There are three exterior cameras: Doorbell camera at the front door, exterior camera facing the driveway and an exterior camera facing the pool equipment and side gate.
